I ensured that "convert.exe" called is the one from ImageMagick.
My operating system is Windows XP, Service pack 2.
I downloaded "ImageMagick-6.2.9-2-Q16-windows-static.exe".
This looks like a bug, possibly in the Windows build. I downloaded the
same distribution and got the same error.
