I wouldn't call it "support", it's rather a hack. Mahogany tries to convert
UTF-7 or UTF-8 text to local environment's encoding. Sending doesn't work,
as I didn't make such hack there.

BTW, Vadim, wxgtk using GTK+ 2 and Unicode seem to be working, maybe it could
be possible to compile Mahogany in Unicode mode already? How much work would
it take to fully support UTF8?
