My 0.64.2 config file has MailHostSSL=0 NewsHostSSL=0 in [M/Profiles] section and no other SSL settings. After upgrading to 0.65 it is still MailHostSSL=0 NewsHostSSL=0 in [M/Profiles] (i.e. it is OK), but it is MailHostSSL=1 NewsHostSSL=1 or MailHostSSL=3 NewsHostSSL=3 in almost all other sections (IMAP and other folders), which earlier had no SSL settings at all. I think the problem is with code in upgrade.cpp lines 2724-2748.
