No, this is not the right way to forward messages if the headers are required
anyhow. To do this you must do Ctrl-Shift-F ("Forward with template") and select
template containing $quote822 so that the original message will be included as
message/rfc822, not as text/plain, in your reply. Otherwise some information may
still be lost.
