Indeed, the menu state is not refreshed when the folder is changed.
A more interesting question is however what is the expected behviour? IOW, do
you want to toggle the headers for all folders or just for this one when you use
the menu? Currently it works for the current folder only and there is no way to
set it globally as MP_SHOWHEADERS is not present in the options dialog, so it
should be added...
