This seems to work fine now. I do remember that we had had a problem with this
but I thought it had been fixed before 0.65, apparently this wasn't the case.
Anyhow, this code has changed quite a lot since then since we use wxListBook
instead of wxNoteBook now. Once again, I think this is fixed, but if you still
have problems with the cvs (or 0.66) version, please reopen it. Thanks!
