Unfortunately I can't reproduce it here so I'll need more information to do
anything about this one. Is there anything special with the folders you try it
on? Does it happen for all (POP/IMAP) folders or just some of them? Also, what
exactly do you mean by "Ok"/"Apply" do nothing? Settings don't change? Or the
dialog is not closed? Please reopen the bug if you can narrow it down somehow.

I only understand one of the problems mentioned: indeed, if you reset the name
(or any other text field for that matter) to be empty, it will be inherited from
the parent folder. This could be considered a bug as well but it is a really
small one...
