Assume you have "Foo" IMAP folder and "Foo/Bar" subfolder with the same paths on
server. Now rename "Foo" to "Baz" -- "Foo/Bar" is not accessible any more
because it still has the path "Foo/Bar" while it is "Baz/Bar" on server now.
