As the composer intiializes from the viewer, it quotes "*foo*" and "_bar_" as
simply "foo" and "bar". We could detect viewer font changes, of course, but this
is so difficult that a much better idea is to turn composer itself into another
MessageViewer and simply redirect the original message into it.
