Well, it is in some strange, hard to decipher language :-), but I think it's saying that you need to re-run the configure script with the option `--with-cgi-gid=apache' set. If you're upgrading from RPMS then bitch to your vendor or the RPM packager. If you are building from source yourself, re-read the INSTALL file carefully and note the big bold warning about properly setting the with-cgi-gid and with-mail-gid options. This is also answered in FAQ file that ships with mailman. - -- Todd OpenPGP -> KeyID: 0xD654075A | URL: www.pobox.com/~tmz/pgp ====================================================================== Remember the first rule of gunfighting..."Have a gun." -- Jeff Cooper, 1991 -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.2.3 (GNU/Linux) Comment: When crypto is outlawed bayl bhgynjf jvyy unir cevinpl. iD8DBQE/gNBMuv+09NZUB1oRAvywAKC9/ETHp3XJKnzNS6T97j4PmF3ZBgCeNNVV 6oKPzRShhglIn4mTK0bqaDY= =HjtQ -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- ------------------------------------------------------ Mailman-Users mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://mail.python.org/mailman/listinfo/mailman-users Mailman FAQ: http://www.python.org/cgi-bin/faqw-mm.py Searchable Archives: http://www.mail-archive.com/mailman-users%40python.org/ This message was sent to: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Unsubscribe or change your options at http://mail.python.org/mailman/options/mailman-users/archive%40jab.org
