Howdy: I'm running into a continuous barrage of "suspicious header" messages like the one below:

The lists at Scioto.Org are set up as subscriber-posting only, so the posts being caught should be piped through without need for intervention. The goal is to turn off the 'suspicious header' subroutine (?) so that our subscribers' mail goes to the list as designed, but the staff upstream has passed the buck to me, the end-user...and here I am. :-) Any ideas for a solution to this exascerbating problem?
