VERP_CONFIRMATIONS = Yes in mm_cfg.py.
Sorry if I'm making a basic mistake, but I have made the above change (and only that change), issued a 'mailmanctl restart' (as the mailman user) and my confirmation emails still come back with a subject of 'confirm a770f863f985baab6ca801f4ffe11291818c6422'. The reply-to, sender, and from headers are also still generic. I then tried 'mailmanctl stop' followed by 'mailmanctl start', but no luck. Do I need to change any list settings to enable this?
