Just to clarify any possible ambiguity in Brad's post: Apple's version can be managed just fine with the standard Mailman web GUI and CLI, both of which are vastly superior to Apple's GUI. All one needs to do with Apple's interface is check "enable mailing lists" in Server Admin app. Unfortunately, as Brad points out, Apple is still on Mailman 2.1.5.
