The fact that the message was From: listname-boun...@example.com and
To: listname-ow...@example.com wasn't enough of a clue? :)

Any of the above would require code modification. If you are interested
in changing it, the text is in the definition of do_discard in
Mailman/Handlers/Moderate.py.
