3892 is the IncomingRunner process.
And I'm still running 2.1.9, since that is what was provided with CentOS 5.x.
I will have to upgrade that box soon to CentOS 7.x -- which comes with 2.1.15.

The fact that she is listed as a moderator is irrelevant to this.
Just to be sure, do 'ps -fww 3892' and verify that the process is
IncomingRunner.
Also note that starting with Mailman 2.1.19, the log message includes
the name of the handler that raised the discard. See
