BusyContacts supports a very similar URL scheme which should make it
relatively simple to do “Show in Contacts”. “Add to Contacts”
is a bit more tricky.

Try this in the next update of MailMate:
defaults write com.freron.MailMate MmDefaultAddressBook -string
com.busymac.busycontacts
(It's a somewhat hardcoded solution for now, but it should make
MailMate use BusyContacts instead of Contacts for the Show/Add menu
items.)
