Sorry, I have not been clear enough : under the Window menu there is
an Address Panel submenu, and in my case it shows only 9 addresses,
suggesting it collects only the addresses which are currently in the
Sent folder.
The same Address Panel on my system shows all the entries in my OS X
Contacts, including those imported
from my phone which have just a name and phone number, no email
address.
Does it show anything else, that would come from your Sent folder?
