I'm afraid it would currently be a waste of time since I'll very
likely replace it fairly soon.
My main problem with the current approach is that the text view is
simpler/faster to scan for links (just go to bottom) than html
(manually look through).
But doesn't this mean that this is a feature you would like for all
HTML emails and not just the ones you generate yourself?
Well, that would be great but very few I receive follows the markdown
format of [1] style footnotes.
For now I would just prefer what I send out have the text and html
version be equally useful.
