Hey Bill, thank you for all your help. It just wasn't doing what it was 
supposed to. I spent a half hour on the phone screensharing with Apple and we 
got it to work by having me type in my apple ID and password instead of relying 
on touch ID. Voila! She didn't know why it made the difference but it did.
All good now!
