FWIW, I archive my mail off-server. There, I have found instances where Sent Mail is duplicated from this list to my Inbox, thereby duplicating what was sent by me here. It does clutter up the Archive.
This seems done by default on the list server, sending back to those who choose that acknowledgement in the server settings. I believe it can be otherwise configured. It has not yet been a concern because I can easily delete those duplicate in my Archive app (EagleFiler) as well as other instances where it may occur (such as Outlook). Now it seems I can do the same with a Smart Mailbox. Hmm… Respectfully, Henry Seiden - - Techworks Pro Co.
