Hello, Not especially on Nov. 18th, but starting 28th we got more Microsoft FBL than Yahoo's, which didn't happen for ... a long time. Here's a 6-months line, it's pretty obvious (sorry for the folks in text only): [cid:image002.jpg@01D3744C.FE798670]
I can't say if it's "back to normal" as it's too soon to say if it's stabilized or if it will still grow. When comparing to what we got from Yahoo, and how much more we send to Hotmail, I still expect a bit more volume from Hotmail. The fact that we did not get the "normal" volume back in a day probably means that we were not just not getting the complaints (so no blocking), but maybe that the complaints were ... lost. And now we're gradually getting the complaints newly generated. However SNDS still isn't providing anything more, I couldn't spot a single IP with more than 0.1% of complaints. I'm not sure if it's because despite the increase of FBL, the real complaint rate still is lower than 0.1%, or if SNDS isn't providing the right count. -- Benjamin From: mailop [mailto:mailop-boun...@mailop.org] On Behalf Of Torsten Reinert via mailop Sent: Wednesday, 29 November, 2017 05:46 To: mailop <mailop@mailop.org> Subject: [mailop] Microsoft FBL Increase Hi all, we are seeing a weird stepwise increase in Microsoft complaints that is happening for independent entities on the same dates. Mostly in EMEA. On November 18 and again today (11/28), respectively, we have seen the overall baseline increase by ~175%. Those aren't spikes due to send patterns or campaigns, it's the overall baseline. Has anyone seen anything similar or is aware of any FBL-related changes done by Microsoft around November 18 & 28?
