I think you're getting a false alarm. That domain belongs to Tucows and I'm seeing the same Sedo parked page I get for all of their expired domains. >If you see there's a way to renew / fix it cheaply, I'm all ears. The original registrant or his reseller can easily renew it and then transfer it away. Otherwise you wait a long time for it to expire.
