PLEASE - EVERYONE - make distinctions as to whether you're talking about:
(1) Microsoft O365
(2) Microsoft's Outlook.com/Hotmail.com
(3) or BOTH
While there is some overlap, there are many differences in the personnel
and technologies used by each division. I strongly suspect that many on
this thread are directing frustration at BOTH, when their issues
actually primarily (or only) involve just one of these. And I think MOST
of these issues are really with the Outlook.com/Hotmail.com side - but
it is almost impossible to /which/ because most here are /not/ being
specific enough to know that.
