Specifically, someone who works on (or has contacts in) the team that sends out Chase’s customer notification emails, i.e, From address = no.reply.ale...@chase.com.
We are getting sporadic reports from iCloud Mail users indicating they are getting snail-mail letters telling them that their iCloud addresses are undeliverable, but we are not seeing systemic issues receiving mail from Chase. Thanks, Carlo
