If the hosting company won't offer you SWIP or 'rwhois' for your IP(s), you always risk gaining the reputation of your neighbours.

It would be one of my 'must haves' when choosing a hosting provider.

Since the thread on recommending 'good providers' didn't gain much steam, (doesn't say much for the industry, but of course, people only get loud about the bad, not the good. There are lots of smaller hard working hosting providers, that just dont' get the respect they deserve for keeping a clean network)..

Maybe we should post a link of 'recommended questions to ask when choosing a hosting provider'??
