I did reply and waiting to hear back. Was just curious if any receivers had 
some thoughts. Its a very small domain and kinda got the 'don't bother to write 
back' tone.

Have you tried asking *them* about their thought process? They are probably 
better prepared to explain them than some random people on the internet...
But I would not rule out the possibility that they can't explain what's been 
going on in their heads.

I got an email from a small receiver that they are blocking one of our /24s 
because of spam.  I looked up the email address they referenced and found the 
contact signed up on their website 2 years ago, has a 41% open rate, a 17% 
click rate and has made thousands of dollars in purchases and now they block 
the /24.
Any idea the thought process here?
