I spent a while evaluating a few of these for a local non-profit group. I eventually settled on https://emailoctopus.com/ I'm really pleased with it: it works well and has a nice user interface. Having used Mailchimp before, I consider EmailOctopus to have a slicker user interface and I also found it more responsive as a web application.
