I'm afraid that it'll be the same for any free domain name (because of abuse by spammers). Unfair, yes. But possibly content of your emails causes Gmail users to click "Spam" more often than caused by average user stupidity. Or you pissed off one Gmail user, and now he clicks "Spam" on every your email. Or he always deletes everybody's emails with the Spam button.
