Ya know, I'm not a deliverability guy; So there's a good chance that I
don't understand how these 'List-Unsubscribe' headers work. However, I
would believe that pointing it to LITERALLY 'www.example.com' doesn't
produce the functionally desired.

List-Unsubscribe-Post: List-Unsubscribe=One-Click
I don't know which fools to blame; The client Costco, or their ESP
WhatCounts. Perhaps both.
