Yahoo's Feedback Loop is DomainKey based, but their blocking is IP based. At least that's how it used to be. Never made much sense to me to have an FBL based on DomainKeys, meaning every domain name that sends from an IP address has to have a registered feedback loop based on the DomainKey. All of the other FBLs are IP based.
