I see that a fair number of us wanted help from someone at freenet.de last year. Now it's my turn. If anyone here either works for or knows the best path to writing to someone at freenet.de I would appreciate it. We have a customer who has been told a couple of different reasons as to why their email won't be accepted anymore and I wanted to at least understand more if not stop the block altogether.
