Interesting topic of course, the industry as a whole has kind of given up reaching out to postmaster@ or abuse@, but those are exactly what they are designed for.

But if you ARE reaching out to one of those addresses, YOU should not be using a 'role' account, you should use a human address if you want it to be taken seriously.

On our cloud email platform, I can't remember the last time someone emailed either of those two addresses, except for a few bots.

Maybe we are 'just that good' as far as abuse is concerned (j/k)
