I'm doing some work for arxiv.org, the preprint server at Cornell university.
Many gmail users have reported that when they try to send mail to arxiv.org addresses to update their subscriptions, it fails saying Message Blocked, with the explanation "Message bounced due to organizational settings." This affects some but not all mail from Gmail. I am reasonably sure that Gmail is not trying to deliver this mail before rejecting it. Any suggestions?
