You need to configure different retry times for local domains and then
set delay_warning_condition so that it doesn't send warning emails
unless the origin is local.
If Kirill allows forwarding and the forwarding information is stored
on the mailstore, he wont know whether the domain is local or remote
until the mail store comes back on line.
