Trying to unblock the IP e.g. via https://sender.office.com/ shows
that the IPs are not blocked.
Microsoft had an about 16 hour period of time where their servers
only gave a "451 4.7.500 Server busy" for their hosted domains. We saw
these in the time range 2023-10-11T04:45/20:17+03:00, and in that time
we had mails queued for about 300 different domains hosted with them.
