I would hope that redacted.example.net and 192.0.2.1 fail. redacted.example.net is part of one of the (few) names reserved for documentation; specifically example.net. Likewise 192.0.2.1 is part of one of the (few) subnets reserved for documentation.
That's why I chose them for my email. The actual value of the non-existent SPF (TXT) record for the documentation domain is orthogonal to Google enforcing things ahead of the published February 1st time frame.
