I provided Undercofler logs from our mail server showing only his replies from 
yesterday being received by my email server.

I would love to see logs from his end showing that the reply to the November 
4th message was sent to or rejected by our server.

I raise this concern because I think his mail server may have had errors and 
wasn't sending out messages.  Are there other messages that were sent out that 
never reached the intended recipients?

reply to say we nuked somebody or ask for more info only to find that
