Alex, I did get your off list message.  But I also got an off list message
from Scott Undercofler.

Because the blacklisting appears to be with Cloudmark, and not just Comcast
- I thought it better to tackle the issue straight from the source
(Cloudmark) as opposed to dealing just with Comcast.  Is that the best way
to tackle this?

The blacklisting is affecting Charter and Apple/iCloud as well as other
smaller mail servers.  I assumed that since you worked for Comcast, you
wouldn't be able to do anything about those.

I will go ahead and reply to your off list message.  But those are the
reasons I had not replied before.
