during the phase-out of Nixspam.
That does not necessarily mean that they will actually also truly do so
- lip service is a common attitude, unfortunately.
However and OTOH, way more people than one would initially think
actually seem to be striving to be good and well behaved citizens and
community members - and I say that as a sceptic with a tendency to
pessimism.
So in short: in dubio pro reo. Here when it comes to sticking to RFCs. :-)
