Yes. There's no standard mechanism for legitimate non-visible in-transit
modification of signed data by 3rd-pary intermediaries.
Until DKIM has a canonicalization model that resolves all valid
transforms of the message to identical blobs, it has an intrinsic
disability.
I hear that this is being worked on.
