Dear mailop, I'm searching for a contact to Spamhaus to gain insights into why a new domain is being listed in the DBL -- besides being new.
According to the ticket, the listing is not eligible for removal at this time, and the involved criteria won't be revealed. Initially, Spamhaus told that the domain "is in an Internet neighbourhood with “poor reputation” that has shared (or inevitably will share) its negative reputation". The domain follows best practices: DKIM, DMARC and SPF records are published; mail is handled via a MX which has no reputation issues, the same applies to the ASN. I'm at a loss what needs to be done to get this fixed -- any help is highly appreciated.
