My advice would be to provide as much information as you can here, because without a domain name, IP address, AS number, network host etc there is pretty much nothing the mailing list members can say. My experience, and that of many list members, is that working *with* Spamhaus is usually pretty good. Obviously they won’t explain listing criteria “out loud” but their lookup pages are pretty good at pointing towards the issue at hand. If that issue is “poor network neighbourhood”, then you’re probably not going to get delisted. There are one or two (!) well known, high volume hosting operations that mix “good” customers into a cesspool of spammers.
