Alternatively, use DNSWL.org.  Don't know Exim; Courier can add headers like so:

   Authentication-Results: wmail.tana.it;
       dnswl=pass dns.zone=list.dnswl.org
       policy.ip=127.0.3.0
       policy.txt="outlook.com https://dnswl.org/s/?s=1357";

That makes SPF work as intended.
