I was affected by the stuck bar with the previous version of the code, with the preview and now released 2.1.5(1308) I have yet to see this happening again. I have to say that most of the times it was happening was with a not-so-broadband connection, and lately I've not been in the place where I would frequently experience the stuck bar.
