Hey there, I'm running Mailplane 3.x on OSX Mountain Lion. I got a Calendar alert this morning and it was pretty annoying. I was right in the middle of writing an email when the alert happened. I actually got two alerts from this from mailplane.
1. The "bottom of the screen" alert in my Gmail window as I used to get. 2. A pop-up window that stole focus from Mailplane until I dismissed it. The second one is simply too intrusive. These days, in addition to the Mailplane alerts, I also got an alert on my iPhone, my iPad, and from OSX's Calendar as I sync all of those with my GCal. Rather than a "you must dismiss this to do anything else in the application" pop-up window, I'd suggest you allow me to suppress the Calendar alerts from Mailplane entirely, or at least allow them to be sent to Growl and/or Notification Center. -alan -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "mailplaneapp" group.
