6 months *job description * Provide quality assurance and testing support for all functional areas of the IVR application. This person will be responsible for all aspects of the quality assurance cycle including test creation and design, data analysis and creation, execution of defined test cases, and working with IVR development staff to work through any issues that arise through test execution. *job Requirements* 3+ years experience in a quality assurance environment including work in entire software testing life cycle. Experience in an IVR test environment, including voice user interface testing. Experience with Mercury test tools including Quality Center.
