* **Rational Tools Expert* *Harrisburg, PA* *8+ Months* *We need solid knowledge of ReqPro, ClearCase and ClearQuest. Should have knowledge of RSA (or perhaps Rose if no RSA) and the Rational Test Suite.* Additional info: To try and prescreen our Rational Tools Expert we want to try and find candidates that respond 'yes' to MOST of the questions below and be prepared to explain the answer he/she provided. (Should be on the resume). 1. Have you MANAGED a Rational environment? 2. Have you developed training materials for any of the Rational tools and taught users based on those materials? 3. Have you provided day-to-day user and system support for the Rational tools? 4. Have you MANAGED an implementation and/or upgrade to the Rational toolset? 5. Have you been a part of building a plan and strategy of how tools should be used and rolled out? 6. Have you integrated and customized the tools to meet a clients' intended use? Again, this is not a BA nor an admin. We need solid knowledge of ReqPro, ClearCase and ClearQuest.
