Saturday:

The Washington College 2-on-2 greeted sailors with beautiful, sunny
skies and a 10-12 knot WNW breeze. Racing began at 0945 as the Chester
River reached high tide. As the current picked up, so did the racing.
As the day warmed up, the conditions shifted to a spotty 5-8 knot NW
breeze. At 2 o'clock the sailors broke for lunch as the tide reached a
near-record low. With 19 races already sailed, the teams took the
water again and completed 5 more in an increasingly unreliable 5 knot
breeze.

Sunday:

A SW breeze prevailed on another very sunny and warm Sunday. 16 races
were sailed in 8-12 knots and a flood tide. In all, four round robins
were completed. The day ended shortly after noon.

Thanks again to all the Washington College Shoremen and Shorewomen for
making my job easy this weekend, and of course to Tom Pierson for
being race committee.

Final Results:
1. Washington College 14-2
2. University of Pennsylvania 13-3
3. Villanova 8-8
4. William and Mary 5-11
5. Princeton 0-16
