Team Race Enthusiasts: We are still looking for volunteers for the CJ Buckley Team Race/Club 420 Team Race Championship on July 31-Aug 2, in East Greenwich, RI. The CJ Buckley Team Race memorializes CJ Buckley, a sailor from East Greenwich YC and Tabor who died at age 17 from brain cancer. This is a great opportunity to give back to the sport, and this year is the 10th Anniversary of the regatta in CJ's name.
We are in need of volunteers for RC and for Umpiring. Housing is available in East Greenwich, and it is a fun crew to join on either the volunteer or umpire side. The event gathers up to 36 teams, with two circles of racing, so it is a really cool experience for anyone involved. Let us know if you can help - we would love to have you there.
