Top level Makefile looks ok to me. I don't see Tk doing any obvious evil with pm_to_blib. Other XS modules work ok? You mentioned libwin32 so I guess so. Could you try another XS module with a recursive build? The only pm_to_blib change Tk makes is this: basic : $(INST_DYNAMIC) pm_to_blib Could you try striking that addition out of the top level Makefile.PL and see what happens? I had a VNC connection to a Windows machine to test out things like this but I've lost the login information when hard drive went to a better place.
